Before heading to the wonderful island paradise that is “Little French Key” let’s make a stop at Daniel Johnson “Monkey & Sloth Sanctuary” to… you guessed it: hang with the monkeys & sloths! Here you will spend time hugging and cuddling sloths, interacting with the monkeys and hanging with the birds. After all the animal fun is over we will hop back in the van/vehicle and take a 3mins drive to little French key pick up point where a ferry will be waiting to take you across, for some delicious lunch, cold drinks, and to enjoy one or more of the many water activities they have to offer.

Roatan “East End” is known for its laid back lifestyle and as a “Fishing people village” on this side of the island you will get to visit some of the older communities such as Punta Gorda, this is a “Garifuna Village” founded back in 1797.

On this trip you will see the community known as “Sandy Bay” as well of a great variety of trees like oaks, papaya, cashews, coconut, mangos and a few species of animals as well. We end this tour by heading over to west bay beach on the way there you have the “Monkey & Sloth Sanctuary” you can stop by and for an additional charge you can interact with all the animals at the sanctuary.

You can walk through the town center, stop at the park where you can take photos with our national hero’s statues and maybe do some shopping at the local market where you will find lots of crafts. “COXEN HOLE” was name after the famous pirate “John Coxen” who lived in the area for some time, and it is believed that he would steal treasures and bring them with him here to his secret hideout hence “Coxen Hole”.
Finally we take you to one of the best beaches in the caribbean, West Bay beach so you can enjoy island food, tropical drinks, crystal clear waters and white sand beach.
